Choux Cream

Ingredients
SAVA flour 75 g
salt 0.7 g
butter 60 g
water 45 g
egg 2
milk 50 g
vanilla 1 tsp


Instructions:
1.     Preheat the oven to 190c

2.     In a sauce pan: combine butter,water,milk and salt heat until boil. Remove from the heat
        then add SAVA flour and quickly mix until dough smooth.

3.     Rest dough for a while ,Add egg and vanilla whisk until smooth.

4.     Bake for 20-30 minutes.

5.     When choux cream is cool add the filling.
