Chiffon Cake

Ingredients
SAVA flour 90 g
baking powder 2.4 g
cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
salt 1.5 g
sugar(1) 40 g
sugar(2) 55 g
egg yolk 4
white yolk 4
milk 40 g
vegetable oil 50 g
vanilla 1 tsp


Instructions:
1.     Preheat the oven to 180c

2.     In a large bowl: combine dry ingredient.

3.     In another bowl : combine sugar(1),egg yolk,milk,oil and vanilla whisk until smooth. bring to
        combine with dry ingredient,set aside

4.     In a clean bowl:whisk egg white,cream of tartar and sugar(2) until get soft peak.

5.     Using a rubber spatula,fold the whites into the dough until just a streak remains. Don’t over
        mix biscuits or they’ll become tough.

6.     Bake 20-30 minutes.
