Biscuit

Ingredients
SAVA flour 2 cup
buttermilk 1/2 cup
soft unsalted butter 1/4 cup
milk 1/8 cup
cream 1/8 cup
egg white 1 pcs
honey 1/2 Tbsp
baking powder 1 1/4 tsp
cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp


Instructions:
1.     Preheat the oven to 200c

2.     Combine dry ingredient

3.     Using a pastry cutter,cut in butter until a crumbly dough has formed and there
         are no chunks of butter left.

4.     Add the honey ,cream and buttermilk and mix until combined.

5.     Whip the egg whites with hand mixer until they are thick and fluffy.

6.     Using a rubber spatula,fold the whites into the dough until just a streak remains.
        Don’t overmix biscuits or they’ll become tough.

7.     Using 2 spoons,scoop large spoonfuls onto a parchment-lines baking sheet, spacing
        2 inches apart,Bake for 18-22 minutes. Remove when the tops have begun to brown.
